We are grateful to have been nominated for the Niagara Region Impact Award. COVID-19 has reached far and wide, leaving no sector or person untouched. It has been an honour to serve the community, especially those most vulnerable, throughout the pandemic and while many things may have changed, the commitment to provide programs and services has stayed at the forefront of our mission. I am continually impressed and incredibly proud of our staff that have risen to the challenge over the past year and have always put the health, safety and well-being of the individuals we support at the forefront of all we do.
